What if one small device could charge your phone, hold it up while you watch videos, and top off your AirPods, all without digging a cable out of your bag? That is the idea behind the ZEEHOO MagAir, a magnetic power bank with a built-in kickstand.

What Is the ZEEHOO MagAir Magnetic Power Bank?
The ZEEHOO MagAir is a 10,000mAh portable charger that snaps onto the back of a compatible phone with magnets. It has a wireless charging pad on one side, an integrated USB-C cable, an extra USB-C port, a fold-out kickstand, and a digital display that shows the remaining battery percentage.
Most magnetic battery packs do one thing: they stick to your phone and charge it slowly. The MagAir tries to be more of an everyday charging hub. Between the pad and the two USB-C connections, ZEEHOO says it can charge up to three devices at the same time.

Specs come from ZEEHOO’s product information listed with the Amazon link in my video description. Actual charging speeds depend on your phone and charging conditions.
Magnetic Wireless Charging: How It Worked for Me
The first thing I tried was the magnetic charging. The pad on the ZEEHOO MagAir attaches directly to the back of my phone, and the magnets keep the charging coil lined up, so my phone started charging without me plugging anything in.
That alignment is the real benefit of a magnetic pack. With a regular wireless pad, a small bump can shift your phone off the coil and stop the charge. Here the power bank and phone move together, so you can keep using your phone in your hand while it charges.
ZEEHOO advertises up to 25W wireless charging on supported iPhone models. Keep in mind that the speed you actually get depends on your phone model, your case, and how warm things get. Wireless charging is always a little less efficient than a cable, so when I want the fastest top-up, I use the USB-C connection instead.
The Built-In Kickstand
The kickstand is my favorite feature. I attach the power bank to the back of my phone, pull out the stand, and set the phone down to watch videos while it charges. I don’t have to hold it the entire time, and I don’t need to pack a separate phone stand.
This is handy on a desk, a tray table, or at a coffee shop. It turns the power bank into a little media stand, which is something I end up using more than I expected.
Charging AirPods on the Pad and Over USB-C
Something else I really like is that I can set my AirPods case right on top of the wireless charging pad and charge it just like my phone. ZEEHOO lists wireless charging support for compatible AirPods cases, so check that yours has wireless charging.
I also tested charging my AirPods with the USB-C connection. That is useful if your AirPods case doesn’t support wireless charging, or if you want to keep the pad free for your phone. With the integrated cable, the extra USB-C port, and the pad, you can charge more than one device at a time.
USB-C Fast Charging and Recharging the Pack
For wired charging, ZEEHOO rates the USB-C output at up to 45W PD for compatible devices. That is more than most phones will pull, but it gives you headroom for tablets and other USB-C gear. Recharging the power bank itself is rated at up to 30W over USB-C.
The integrated USB-C cable is a small detail that makes a big difference day to day. You never have to remember to pack a separate cable, and it can’t get lost at the bottom of your bag.
Battery Display and Semi-Solid-State Battery
The digital LED display shows exactly how much battery is left as a percentage. I like this much more than the four little dots most power banks use, because I know right away whether I need to recharge it before heading out.
ZEEHOO uses a 10,000mAh semi-solid-state battery, which the company says is designed for better thermal stability and durability than conventional battery designs. The pack also includes multiple built-in charging protections. I can’t measure battery chemistry in a hands-on review, so I’m passing along what ZEEHOO states.
Worked Example: How Many Phone Charges Can You Expect?
A 10,000mAh rating is measured at the battery’s internal voltage, about 3.7V for most lithium cells. That works out to about 37Wh. Some energy is lost when the power bank converts that to charge your phone, and wireless charging loses more than a cable. The table below is an estimate, not a measurement from my video.
| Charging method | Rated energy | Assumed efficiency | Energy to phone | Typical iPhone (about 12 to 17Wh) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wired (USB-C) | ~37Wh | ~65% | ~24Wh | ~1.5 to 2 charges |
| Wireless (magnetic) | ~37Wh | ~50% | ~18.5Wh | ~1 to 1.5 charges |
The math is 10,000mAh x 3.7V / 1,000 = 37Wh, then multiplied by the efficiency. Bigger phones with larger batteries land at the low end of each range. If you mostly charge an AirPods case, which has a much smaller battery, you will get many top-ups from a single charge of the pack.
Size and Portability
What I like most is how easy it is to carry. It fits nicely inside my backpack, so I can bring it to work, on a trip, or on an outdoor adventure without giving up much space. The built-in cable and stand mean it replaces a couple of other small accessories too.
If you need something bigger, I have also reviewed the LOVELEDI 15000mAh portable charger, and for running a Starlink Mini I tested the XTAR MP158 power bank. To recharge the MagAir quickly at home, a USB-C wall charger like the MOKIN 140W GaN charger works well.
Things to Know Before You Buy
- Magnetic attachment and 25W wireless charging are for compatible phones, so check that your phone (and case) supports magnetic charging.
- AirPods only charge on the pad if the case supports wireless charging; otherwise use USB-C.
- Wireless charging is slower and less efficient than a cable, which is normal for any magnetic power bank.
- At 10,000mAh, it is an everyday top-up charger, not a laptop or Starlink power bank.
